Getting Started
The Admin panel is where administrators manage users, configure organization settings, monitor usage, and set up authentication for your Third Loop environment.
Accessing the Admin Panel
You must have the admin role to access the admin panel. If you do not have access and believe you should, contact your organization's administrator or reach out to support@3rd-loop.com.
Navigation
The admin sidebar contains four main sections:
- Dashboard — View usage analytics, token consumption charts, and detailed event logs.
- Manage Users — Search, create, edit, pause, and delete user accounts.
- Service Limits — Configure token and storage limits at the organization and user level.
- External Auth — Set up and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) with your identity provider.
Quick Start
Here are the most common admin tasks:
- Add a new user — Go to Manage Users and click Create. Enter their email, first name, and last name.
- Set usage limits — Go to Service Limits to configure how many tokens and how much storage your organization and individual users can consume.
- Check usage — The Dashboard shows token consumption trends and a detailed event log you can filter and sort.
- Enable SSO — Go to External Auth to configure SAML-based single sign-on with your identity provider.
