📄️ Getting Started
Clove is an interface for working with the next generation of natural language processing models. It is hosted in a secure environment for both you and your company, which means you can upload information that would typically be off-limits for public AI tools like ChatGPT.
📄️ Chat Features
Chat is the core of Clove. Here is what you can do within a conversation.
📄️ Adding References
One of the powerful parts of Clove is its ability to investigate, reference, and summarize documents. You can upload files directly into a chat for Clove to read and respond to.
📄️ Collections
Collections are a way to organize your files and documents so Clove can search them for relevant information when answering your questions. Under the hood, Clove uses a technology called Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to make this work. You can learn more about RAG here//www.ibm.com/think/topics/retrieval-augmented-generation
📄️ Workflows
Workflows are a way to make your work repeatable. They turn processes that you or your organization do over and over into structured, step-by-step templates that can be filled out and reused.
📄️ Customizing Clove
You can personalize your Clove experience through Settings. Click your profile at the bottom left of the sidebar and select Settings.
📄️ Reporting Issues
Clove is not perfect and there can be bugs and issues. Or maybe you have a great idea and want the team at Third Loop to hear about it.
📄️ Template Configurations
Document templates let you define how Clove formats generated documents. If your organization has specific styling requirements for reports, memos, or other outputs, you can create a template that Clove will follow when generating DOCX files.
📄️ API Keys
API keys allow you to authenticate programmatic access to the Clove API without requiring interactive login. You can manage your keys from Settings > API Keys.
