Reporting Issues

Clove is not perfect and there can be bugs and issues. Or maybe you have a great idea and want the team at Third Loop to hear about it.

How to Report

  1. Click your profile at the bottom left of the sidebar.
  2. Select Report Problem.
  3. Choose a problem type:
    • Bug — Something is broken or not working as expected.
    • Feature Request — An idea for something new.
    • Performance Issue — Clove is slow or unresponsive.
    • Accessibility Issue — Something is difficult to use or inaccessible.
    • Other — If none of the above fit.
  4. Describe the problem in detail. The more specific you are, the faster the team can help. Include what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
  5. Provide your email so the team can follow up.
  6. Attach a screenshot if it helps illustrate the issue.

What Happens Next

The Third Loop team will review your report and work to resolve it as soon as possible. They may reach out to you for additional details or feedback.
