User Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing or using the Third Loop platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Your organization has entered into a separate Terms and Conditions agreement with Third Loop that governs the overall service relationship. These user terms outline acceptable use of the platform for individual users within your organization.

Acceptable Use​

You may use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization's policies. You may not:

  • Generate, upload, or distribute illegal content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate personally identifiable information about real individuals without consent
  • Upload content for which you lack legal rights or permissions (see Prohibited Content)
  • Produce harmful, abusive, or harassing content
  • Generate or distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse Third Loop systems
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform
  • Use the platform outside your organization's authorized scope
  • Violate your Organization's Terms and Conditions agreement

Prohibited Content​

You may not upload or generate content that promotes or contains:

  • Violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Sexual exploitation or abuse
  • Illegal activities or substances
  • Misinformation intended to cause harm
  • Private information of others without consent
  • Material that violates third-party rights (copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights)
  • Material that breaches confidentiality obligations

Account Responsibilities​

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity conducted under your account
  • Complying with your organization's Terms and Conditions for Third Loop Services
  • Notifying your organization and Third Loop immediately at support@3rd-loop.com of any unauthorized access

Content Ownership​

You and your organization retain ownership of content you create. However, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. Your organization's agreement with Third Loop may include additional terms regarding content ownership and usage.

Service Availability​

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Access Rights​

We reserve the right to modify access to your user account with or without notice. In majority of circumstances, we will at minimum alert your organization.

Termination​

Your organization controls your access to the platform. At our sole discretion, we or your organization may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Illegal activity
  • Abusive behavior toward our platform, team, or other users
  • At your organization's request
  • Non-payment by your organization

Disclaimer of Warranties​

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before use.

Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Third Loop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms​

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Your organization will be notified of material changes.

Governing Law​

These terms are governed by the laws of Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be heard in the courts of Alexandria, Virginia.
